Locally 360 gives small service businesses in every US state a website, quote forms with a lead inbox, a Jobs board and invoicing. It's $50 a month, the same for every owner.
On the $50 alone, you build your site yourself in the editor, on one of our designs. Want it built for you? Builds are from $1,500, one time, for up to 20 pages and one revision round.
State pages: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

States with their own page
These pages cover what's specific to running a trade business in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. We checked each agency page on November 7, 2026.
Alaska
Alaska has no state sales tax, but some towns and boroughs do. Juneau's sales tax is 5%, and it lists lawn care and exterminating as taxable.

Delaware
Delaware taxes what lawn care, landscaping, tree and pest control businesses take in, called gross receipts. The first $100,000 each month is exempt, and the rate above that is 0.3983%. The business pays it, not the customer.

Montana
Any business that applies pesticides in Montana, lawn weed control included, needs a state applicator license. Since January 1, 2026, Montana also licenses construction contractors. The state says that license is aimed at contractors with employees, and at corporations and manager-managed LLCs, with or without employees.

New Hampshire
Applying pesticides on someone else's property in New Hampshire needs a Commercial Applicator license. That includes store-bought weed and insect killers, and work you aren't paid for. You can list your license on your site, number included.

Oregon
Advertising or doing landscaping work in Oregon needs two Landscape Contractors Board licenses, one for the person who supervises the work and one for the business. Mowing, edging and weeding aren't regulated by the state, but your city or county may have rules. A business that applies pesticides on other people's property needs a Department of Agriculture license.

Your own tax rates, wherever you work
Your invoices use the tax rates you add.
- Tax stays off until you switch it on.
- Each rate has a name, a percent and the jurisdiction it's for, such as a city or borough.
- Each invoice line has a Taxable switch and can take its own rate.
- You can set prices with tax included.
- When you add a tax registration number, your invoices show it.
- Automatic tax isn't available.
Locally 360 doesn't choose your rates. Ask your state or local tax office what applies to your work.

What the $50 covers
- Website: hosting, the security certificate and security updates. You never deal with any of them. Built so Google can find you.
- Editor: change your site yourself, any time. Changes go live when you press Publish.
- Quote forms: each inquiry from your site lands in your lead inbox and is emailed to you. You mark it new, handled or archived.
- Jobs: booking requests from your site become jobs on your Jobs board. You confirm or decline, then send the job to a crew by email.
- Invoicing: sent under your business name. Card payments go to your own Stripe account, at Stripe's standard pricing.
- Repeating invoices: for regular customers, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Each time, you get a draft to send. Guide: send a repeating invoice.
