Locally 360 is $50 a month for your website, quote forms and a lead inbox, booking requests, crews and dispatch, and invoicing with card payments. The $50 is the same for every owner, with no minimum term. Builds are from $1,500, up to 20 pages and one revision round.

What Locally 360 costs, how billing works and how to cancel
What it costs
The monthly	$50 a month per site. The same for every owner.
Your team and crews	No charge per team member or crew member.
Another site	Each site has its own $50 subscription.
A build	Optional. From $1,500, up to 20 pages and one revision round. Order it now or later, at the same price.
Your domain	Paid to your own registrar. Locally 360 never charges for domains.
Sales tax	Prices exclude it. It may be added depending on your state, as its own line on your bill.
Customer card payments	Paid into your own Stripe account, at Stripe's standard pricing.
How billing works
When it starts	When your first payment goes through. There's no trial, and nothing is charged before then.
Before you pay	You accept the agreements, then pay by card.
Each month	The $50 is charged to your card on file, and a receipt comes by email.
A price change	30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it applies.
A failed payment	Retried on days 3, 7 and 11. Your site stays up 14 days and goes offline on day 15. Paying within 7 days brings it back.
How to cancel
Minimum term	None. It's month to month.
To cancel	Online from your billing page, or by email. Your site stays up to the end of the month you paid for.
Refunds	No refund for part of a month.
Your data	Ask support by email within 7 days after your site closes for a copy.
A build	Cancel before you see the preview, and all but $200 of the build fee comes back.

Search engines	You switch on "Let search engines find this site".	Switched on for you when it goes live.
Moving an old site	Not part of the $50 alone.	Up to 150 pages and posts, brought over with no passwords asked.

Up to 20 pages in all. After it goes live, you edit it yourself in the editor.

If the preview is late

If it takes longer than 7 days, tell us. We get 10 more days. If we still miss it, your whole build fee comes back. The monthly is separate.

Moving from an old site

Choose a migration build, and we bring over up to 150 pages and posts by reading your public site. We never ask for hosting or WordPress passwords.

Cancelling a build

Cancel before you see the preview, and all but $200 of the build fee comes back. After that, nothing is refunded. You can take a cancellation back within 7 days.

Is there a trial?

No. Nothing is charged before your first payment, and the $50 a month starts when it goes through.

Do I need the $1,500 build?

No. You can build the site yourself in the editor for $50 a month. Order the build any time, with no surcharge for ordering later.

When am I charged?

Your first payment covers the first $50, plus the build fee if you order a build. Then $50 each month.

Does it cost more for a bigger crew?

No. The $50 is the same whatever the size of your team or crews. There is no charge per user.

How do my customers pay me?

By card, in their customer portal. Payments go to your own Stripe account, at Stripe's standard pricing.

Is sales tax added?

It may be. Prices exclude sales tax, and it may be added depending on your state, as its own line on your bill.

Is there a contract?

There are written agreements, and you accept them before you pay. There's no minimum term. It's month to month. Cancel online or by email, and the site stays up to the end of the month you paid for.
