Change the photos on your website

Last updated

To change a photo in Locally 360, open the section in the editor, press Replace image, upload or pick a photo in the Media library, and add alt text. Then save and publish. Photos can be JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 12 MB each.

Steps

  1. Open Edit content and choose the page.
  2. Choose the section with the photo.
  3. Press Replace image, or Choose image if the spot is empty.
  4. In Media library, press Upload images and pick photos from your phone or computer. Then choose the one you want.
  5. Fill in Alt text: a few words on what the photo shows, for people who can’t see it.
  6. Press the save button for the page, then Publish.

What happens next

The new photo goes live with that publish. Every photo you upload stays in your media library, ready for the next section.

Questions

What happens when my storage is full?

New uploads are blocked, and your site stays up. Each site has 1 GB. Delete photos you don't use from the media library to make room. More storage isn't sold.

Are the photos on my site mine?

Your own photos are always yours. Stock images stay on the site while your subscription runs, and go if it ends.
